  5. Grease the mold with oil and start to stuff dough over corners. Give a gentle press.
  6. Take all 9 types of mittai's and start dumping it one by one.
  7. Close the bottom and release from mold gently.
  8. Again Grease the mold with oil and make the next kozhukattai. Make all kozhukattai's the same way.
  9. Make all 9 kozhukattai with 9 mittai's and place it in a oil greeced plate.
  10. In a boiler pour hot water and place kozhuttai plate over a stand. Let it steam for 10 minutes by closing the lid.
  11. Now it's time to open all surprises. All soft kozhukattai's are ready to be served.
