Add salt immediately and stir until salt has completely absorbed the liquid and colour has changed. Next pour into a shallow tray lined with parchment paper and allow to air dry for 2-3 days, stirring frequently. It is a quick and convenient way to season practically all your dishes that call for salt! Sprinkle seasoned salt on eggs, grilled zucchini, salad dressings, chicken breasts (or baked chicken thighs), or any savory dish that needs salt and seasoning. You can add it before cooking or after (or both)! The beauty of making homemade seasoned salt at home is being able to adjust the flavors as you desire, even the salt content. (Perfect for people watching their sodium intake!) I also use Kosher salt instead of a small granule table salt which can sometimes taste metallic or be perceived as more "salty". Combine all ingredients and mix well by shaking in a jar.
