  4. Add the sprouted green moong and saute well.
  5. Now add the curry leaves, coiriander leaves and puthina and saute well.
  6. Then add salt, hing, turmeric powder and saute in a low flame for 5 minutes.
  7. Once the mixture cools down,  grind in a mixer jar.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and then add mustard, fennel,  curry leaves and onion and saute well. Add this  to chutney and mix well.
  9. Sprouted green moong chutney ready.
