Steps to make Burrito Bowl:
  1. Prepare mexican rice; by adding oil to pan. Heat a bit & add garlic & chilli flakes.
  2. Add sliced onions & capsicums. Sauté for a minute & then add boiled brown rice to it & mix well. Cook for 5 minutes & keep them aside.
  3. For refried beans; add oil to a pan, add crushed garlic & chilli flakes.
  4. Add spring onions & tomatoes. Sauté for a minute & then crushed kidney beans & mix well. Add tomato ketchup. Cook for 2 minutes & keep it aside.
  5. For salsa; finely chop onions, tomatoes & green chillies. Mix well.
  6. Assemble the bowl by making layers of Rice, then beans, then sour cream, salsa & lastly top it with nacho chips.
  7. I’ve used thick curds(+black pepper +lemon juice+pinch of salt) in place of sour cream to make it even more healthier.
  8. Serve🍲
