  1. In a mixing bowl add suji, Besan, salt and 1 &1/2 cup water and mix well keep aside.
  2. In a pan add oil, cumin, carrom seeds, asafetida, chopped chillies and garlic, mix well.
  3. Then add grated beetroot and sprouted moong, cook for 1 min.
  4. Then add suji mixure and add chat masala, garam masala, Then add turmeric powder and cook on low flame till water absorbed.
  5. Off the flame and add chopped coriander and spring garlic
  6. Then cool it and give any shape and make cutlet.
  7. In a pan add oil, heat it then shallow fry all mini cutlet till crispy.
  8. Sprinkle chat masala on it and serve with green chutney and ketchup.
