3. water, eggs and veg, oil mix together add cake mix blend 2minutes, pour into cake pan bake 25 to 30 or untill toothpick comes out clean.
4. let cake cool down for 20 minutes. poke holes with a wooden skewer about one inch apart all through the cake.
5. meanwhile in 2 separate bowls, pour 1/3 cup boiling water in the bowls add the jello mix well untill dissolved.
6. now pour slowly into each hole both flavors mixing each hole, make sure u are hitten the holed
7. let cake set for 1hour, befor frosting.
8. spread whip frosting smooth over top of cake.
9. gel has 4 colors, make lines going a cross the cake with each color repeating the colors red, blue, yellow and green.or anyway u want the colors.
10. take a toothpick and go up the cake draging the toothpick, now go down with the toothpick.you will do this through out the cake. see the design.
