Instructions to make Mix Fruit Raita:
Using a blender blend the curd until smooth.
Add kiwi crush and mix well.
Add salt black salt red chilli powder roasted cumin powder chaat masala and mix well.
Add some kiwi apple & pomegranate seeds and mix well.
#For Tempring:
Heat a tadka pan and add oil.
Add mustard seeds cumin seeds green chillies and curry leaves.
When mustard seeds start to crackle then switch off the flame and let it cool for a minute.
Pour the tempering over raita.
Serve chilled garnished with rest of the fruits and coriander leaves.
