  1. The first thing to do is to heat the milk well.. After boiling, add vinegar.
  2. Now put a cotton cloth in a vessel and strain it… so that the chena and water separate
  3. Now you have to squeeze the water from the chena with a light hand..Do not dry too much
  4. Now tie the edges of the cloth and hang it in a place for 4 to 5 hours so that the water drains out.
  5. 4 hours later
  6. Turn on the flame and put a kadhai and put 1 cup of sugar and 4 cups of water in it.
  7. Now the chena has to come out in a plate and add 1tb maida in it.
  8. Now you have to knead the chena with your palm for 20 minutes
  9. And then make a small ball to see if there are no cracks, then our dough is ready.
  10. Till then our Chasni will also be well boiled. We want to keep the Chasni thin.
  11. Now we will make small Chena and put it in the Chasni, the flame of the gas will be high.
  12. Now we'll cook it on high flame it in 10 minutes
  13. After 10 minutes we are going to cook it on high flame for 3 minutes without cover it
  14. Now we will cook in 15 minutes in low flame
  15. After that we will see that the size of the balls will be doubled.. Our Chenna is ready
  16. Leave it to cool down
