  6. Divide the dough in 20 equal size balls.
  7. Roll each balls between your palms.
  8. All the balls are made in the same way.
  9. Now we take pan and add sugar.three cup of water and boil it,once boiled add the paneer balls.
  10. Simmer the gas for ten mns and cover the lid
  11. Turn off the flame
  12. The rasgulla should be floating on the syrup and it's size should be double.
  13. Add rose water and 4 tbsp rose syrup and keep for 3 - 4 hours and serve chilled.
