Instructions to make Strawberry Jelly Ice Cream:

1. Boil milk in a pan with sugar.Cook on low flame for 20 minutes.Stir constantly.
2. Switch off the flame & let it cool down. - Now add condensed milk,strawberry crush & fresh cream.Mix bhi well with hand blender.
3. Cut 10 -15 pieces of juzt jelly in to small pieces & add in the batter,Once again mix everythingi well with hand blender.
4. Add vanilla essence & mix. Put the batter in ice cream mould & refrigerate for 5 - 6 hours.
5. Serve cold.

Chill in the fridge to set. Divide about a third of the jelly between eight glasses, then spoon a third of the strawberries on top of the jelly. (The glasses should be big enough to hold three layers of jelly and fruit, plus a scoop of ice cream on top.) Put the glasses in the fridge to set slightly. When the jelly has a skin on top, add another third of the strawberries. Leave some strawberry ripple ice cream to soften at room temperate, then quickly stir in some beaten soft cheese, crushed digestives and a little more strawberry jam. I use the same ice cream base for any ice cream I make, whether it's vanilla or coffee or strawberry or blackberry or mint chocolate chip cookie dough bubble gum surprise.
