Steps to make Cheesy Tex-Mex Rice and Tacos:
For Cheesy Tex-Mex rice, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Spread the mix onto a flat non stick pan. Level the mix with a flat spatula.
Cook the mix without lid and shuffle the mixture every 5-7 mins. Repeat the process for 30-35 mins. This allows the cheese to melt and gives the rice a crunchier cheesy texture.
For Hard shell tacos, take the hard shell tacos and bake it in oven for 2-3 mins at 350°F.
Take the cubed potato and soak them in cold salted water and keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins.
