Get Catla fish thin belly
Take flour
Get cornflour
Take soya sauce
Take red chilli sauce
Take tomato sauce

Prepare crushed garlic
Make ready slit green chilli

Prepare Salt
Instructions to make Chilli Fish gravy:
Cut the katal fish in small square size (take only the thin belly side).. Now mix the fish pieces with cornflour flour, egg, crushed garlic, soya sauce, Salt to taste.. Take pan add mustard oil heat for a few seconds then fried the coated fish pieces until it turns golden brown on both sides..
Now add crushed garlic, cube sized onion fillets and capsicum, also add green chilli 's saute all the ingredients well for 1 minute… Now add Red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar mix all well.. Saute it for 1 minute now add the fried fish pieces and mix it with other ingredients well
Then take cornflour mix with water (if you want to make gravy) and add it with the mixture.. Let it cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.. Chilli fish gravy is ready to serve..
