Add the peppers and mushrooms fry for a further 2 minutes then add beansprouts and spring onions and fry for a further 1 minute constantly stirring and add the noodles and fry again for 1 minute. add more toasted sesame oil where needed to fry with. stir with a pinch of salt and black pepper adding more depending on taste.
