Make ready 250 gm Basmati rice cooked
Make ready 2 tbsp ghee
Get 4-5 cloves
Take 1 cup chopped tomato
Take 1 Cup onion
Take 1 cup boiled corn
Get 1 cup chopped (carrot cabbage, cauliflower,capsicum)
Prepare 1 inch ginger
Get 5 green chillies
Prepare to taste Salt
Get 3 tsp cooking oil
Get as needed dry fruits

Prepare 1 tsp hing (asafoetida)
Get 2 tsp biryani masala
Make ready 1 bay leaf
Get 250 gm spinach puree
Steps to make Hyderabadi Biryani:
First of all take Basmati rice of good quality and cooked it.Chopped all vegetables in a long thin pieces…as shown in the picture. Make paste of ginger,garlic and green chillies. This is the basic preparation for Biriyani
Now take 3tsp oil in a pan.Add jeera,tez patta,long and make tadka.add hing to it.Then add ginger garlic chilli paste and saute it for 2 minutes…Nice flavor would come.
Add chopped onion, carrots,capsicum and tomatoes…saute it for 5 minutes until it cooked. Add boil corn stir it.Then add palak puree to it.add salt to taste
Add cashew pieces and raisins,saute it.Then add biriyani masala, garam masala and stir it…cook it for 2 min.
Then add cooked basmati rice and stir it gently as rice seed should not broken..Stir it until all vegetables and spinach puree mix with rice completely and turned green.
Close the lid of pan for 2 minutes….off the flame and give it rest for 10 minutes. After that HYDRABADI biriyani is ready to serve…Transfer it in serving bowl and serve with curd.
