Cook the rice.Chop all the spices.Take one clay pot and heat it nicely.Boil the peas and cauliflower.
Now crackle the spices.Roast them nicely.

Take out half veg in plate.Now fill the cooked rice half in the pot.Again fill the layer of half cooked veg.
Again fill the rice on top layer of veg.Add pulao masala on top of rice and finally chopped corianders.
Now put the lid off for 7-8 minutes in medium flame.Serve hot hot with curd.
