  4. Preheat the oven up to 5 minutes then keep inside the oven and bake for about 15 minutes@ 180°.
  5. Check by using toothpick whether cooked or not. Allow to cool for 1 hour. Sponge fluffy carrot cake is ready. Cut the cake and enjoy with tea.
