Knead the flour with a little curd, enough water, some salt and set aside.
Next, we can make the chole.
Cook the white chickpea till tender.
Saute the onions and tomatoes in oil till combined.
Add in the Bay leaves and Instant Veg masala powder.
Next, add salt, water and the cooked chick peas.
Cook on medium flame for about 10 minutes.
Add in the garam masala for the aroma.
So our Chole is finished.
Next roll out the dough into large balls.
Flatten it out using a rolling pin into large rounds.
Deep fry each round and that is your Bhature.
Serve the Chole with Bhature for breakfast.
