Get 4 cups cooked long grained basmati rice

Heat oil in a non stick pan add jeera when the cumin seeds crackle add the khada masala and saute for a seconds.
Add the onions and ginger green chilli paste and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
Add tomato paste and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add boiled vegetables and spinach mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
Add palak paste and add all dry masala and mix well.
Add the cooked rice and salt mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Stirring continuously.
Fill the rice in a glass bowl and demould on a plate.
Serve with curd, raita and salad.
