Instructions to make Rava Maggi Balls:
  1. Firstly take Kadhai put 2 glasses water boil it with salt, ginger garlic paste, Maggi masala, Kasuri methi, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, oil.
  2. Then add rava and saute it till rava get gathered and become like Halwa.
  3. Then switch off and keep cool. - Then make small Balls.
  4. Now take pan put oil and heat it add mustard seeds and kasuri methi and splutter them and then add sooji balls and saute it for 2 minutes.
  5. It's ready to enjoy with any dips.

Take a frying pan and heat oil for frying. The pan should be half filled with oil. To check whether the oil is ready or not, put a drop of batter into the oil. If it comes immediately up then it is ready otherwise wait for sometime. Rava laddu is a South Indian Sweet made with semolina, sugar, ghee, cashews and raisins.
