Then store in a clean and dry glass jar. - Keep jam in the refrigerator after every use. Use a clean and dry spoon. It last long for 3 months.

To test whether the jam has set: take the saucer from the freezer and drop a small spoonful of jam on to it. Allow it to cool for a minute then push your finger. I have gooseberries growing on my property my jam was not as dark as the picture here (maybe different types of gooseberries?) mine was a lovely rose color i left the seeds in and it was just fine. The jam was MUCH faster and easier to make, let me tell you that much. Although peeling gooseberries is kind of a pain… ful experience.
