  2. Add onion and fry until golden brown - - - Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for a minute
  3. Now add green chilli, peas, capsicum, cauliflower & mix well with onion - - - Add salt as per taste and give it a mix
  4. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes - - - Remove the lid, give it a stir
  5. Add tomato, tomato puree, pav bhaji masala, red chilli, coriander powder and mix well - - keep stiring on medium flame until all vegetables and masalas are well combined
  6. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 4 -5  minutes
  7. Now add rice and mix with all ingredients until well combined
  8. Once mixed well add coriander leaves & give it a mix - - - Cover it with a lid and let it cook for a minute
