Instructions to make Tomato Masala Pulao:
Heat a pan on a medium flame - when hot add oil - - - once the oil is heated add cumin seeds let it crackle
Add onion and fry until golden brown - - - Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for a minute
Now add green chilli, peas, capsicum, cauliflower & mix well with onion - - - Add salt as per taste and give it a mix
Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes - - - Remove the lid, give it a stir
Add tomato, tomato puree, pav bhaji masala, red chilli, coriander powder and mix well - - keep stiring on medium flame until all vegetables and masalas are well combined
Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 4 -5 minutes
Now add rice and mix with all ingredients until well combined
Once mixed well add coriander leaves & give it a mix - - - Cover it with a lid and let it cook for a minute
