Steps to make Rose Momos in Honey loaded Milk:
Keep all ingredients ready.Mix maida, wheat flour, oil, salt, termeric and beetroot juice and Knead the dough, and close lid -let though rest for 30minutes
Heat the ghee in a pan, add grated beetroot -saute well untill the raw smell is goes, add coconut cardamom powder,jaggery, cashew nuts, semolina and saute till well on sim heat till mixture leaves the pan, turn off heat. Let it cool. Now momo filling is ready.
Make small ballfrom dough, flatern using roller, using sharp edge round cookies cutter cut on rolled chapatis, and arrange 3 such rounda by joining on after one.
Fill the the beetroot -coconut mixture on arranged small flattered dough rounds, fold and close it. Then roll from one end to other to give rose shape. Now rose momos are ready to steam.
Steam the rose momos in steamer/cooker for 10-12minutes on low flame, now rose momos are ready. Transe to a plate and sprinkle honey, silver sprinklers, saffron and pista.
