2. Add baking powder and whisk again. Keep aside for 5 min at least.
3. Add cocoa powder, flour and half milk to the kept mixture. Whisk by cut and fold method and add the remaining milk in turns and combine everything gently.
4. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
5. Pour the mixture in a parchment laid tray and bake it in the oven for 20 min. Check it before taking out and if needed bake for another 10-20 min if required.
6. Take the brownies out and let it cool. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and take out.
7. Scoop out a mixture and make small balls of equal size. Keep them aside.
8. Melt the milk chocolate by double boiler method and take in a bowl. Dip the already prepared balls in this molten chocolate mixture and let them cool.
9. Decorate with sprinklers of your choice or molten dark chocolate syrup.
