  7. Add 1tsp mixed herbs, 1tsp Chinese seasoning,salt as reqd and mix well
  8. Add 2tsp chilli flakes and mix well
  9. Add the shredded chicken and mix well
  10. Check salt and add if reqd. Any sauce can be added now(optional)
  11. Now, spread the cabbage leaf, put a spoonful of chicken
  12. Carefully roll the cabbage leaf along with stuffing.
  13. Grease a pan with lil ghee/oil.
  14. Place the rolls on the pan… brush them with ghee/oil.
  15. Cover and cook for 3-4mins. Flip and cook for 3mins.
  16. Ready to be served. Serve with some sauce or a simple green chutney
