  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds and jeera, let them crackle and add finely chopped onion and green chilli.. sauté for a while
  3. Add chopped tomato and add all spices, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Sauté for a while
  4. Add moong Sprout, gud, tamarind pulp and a cup of water.. mix well and pressure cooker for 2 to 3 whistles
  5. Let pressure release and cool for some time, moong sabji or usal is ready
