6. Once potatoes is cooked half way, drain and bring to sausage pan
7. Stir gradually until well combined.
8. Add the onion thickner and spices.
9. Stir together and cover with aluminium paper.
10. Place the spinach leaves neatly on top on the cassarole as shown in the picture. Bake for 40 mins and serve hot.
