  4. Once chicken is cooked, add in the ground coconut paste and bring it to boil for 5 mins.
  5. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves

I usually add lot of coriander powder (make it at home) and less coconut. Coriander not only thickens the gravy, it also has many medicinal benefits especially coriander controls diabetics.
