For chutney, grind desiccated coconut, coriander leaves, green chillies and curd together with little water. Transfer to a bowl. Add salt, sugar, black pepper powder and chopped curry leaves. Mix well. Prepare tadka of oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal. Pour into. Mix well. Chutney is ready.
Now heat nonstick tawa. Spread big spoonful of batter into circular motion and prepare chilla. Apply oil at edges. Cook both sides. Put stuffing in the centre and fold with sides. Delicious spinach moong dal chilla is ready to serve. Serve with coconut coriander chutney.
