  1. Take a pot.. add mutton chops,onion, haldi powder, salt and water. Bring it to boil. Cover the lid on low flame until it gets tender.
  2. By that time make Marination. Mix all the ingredients for Marination.
  3. After mutton gets tender, cook on high flame until it dries up.
  4. Let it cool down. After cooling add cooked mutton chops in Marination and keep it for alteast 2 hours.
  5. After take a pan. Add ghee, oil or butter add Chops one by one, cover it with lid and let it cook for 5 mins.
  6. Flip the side and cook for another 4 5 mins.
  7. When it is tender take out in serving platter and serve it with mint chutney.
