Grease and flour bundt cake pan.
Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix the cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs, oil, milk, and rum until smooth.
Pour cake mix on tip of pecans and brown sugar. Smooth the top.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes.

Bring glaze mixture to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Stir constantly.
Remove pan from heat and add rum.
