  1. Heat the oil on the pan and saute onion and garlic until golden brown.
  2. Then add bean sprouts,carrots,cabbage,ground black pepper and salt. Cook until wilted or approximately 7 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
  3. Once cool put the stuffings into the tofu.
  4. Mix all the ingredients to make batter in a bowl,make sure that the batter is slightly thick not so watery. Then dip in each tofu .
  5. Heat oil on pan and fry tofu stuffed with vegetables until golden brown.
  6. Tofu stuffed vegetables is ready to serve with bite of chilli padi absolutely yummy. Enjoy😊😊
