  6. Drain pasta and return to pan over medium heat adding 1/2 cup chicken stock. Add cauliflower mixture and toss well. Cook another 2-3 minutes until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat and add fresh chopped parsley and grated romano cheese to enjoy this hearty and healthy dish!

Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Add cauliflower mixture, Parmesan, and parsley; toss to combine. Tossing pasta, gradually add enough pasta water to form a thin sauce that coats pasta. Serve topped with breadcrumbs and, if desired, more Parmesan. Stir in the pasta, lemon zest, grated Parmesan.
