  5. Coat the tikkis with gram flour.
  6. Heat non-stick Pan.Drizzle 2-3/3-4(according to your preference) teaspoons of oil over it.Put 2-3/3-4 tikkis over oil and cook until bottom surface turn golden brown(shallow fry).
  7. Flip each tikki upside down,put some oil around its edge & cook until second side also turns golden brown.
  8. Repeat the steps 6 & 7 for other tikkis as well.Serve them hot with tomato ketchup or you can use them as patties inside burgers.
