Add mutton chops,ginger garlic paste,black pepper powder,grinded green chillies,red chilli powder,salt and water in a pressure cook and cook till 1 whistle. (The chops should not be very soft).
Once the whistle goes off open the lid of pressure cooker and cook the chops on medium flame untill the water evaporates.
Than let it cool down and then add than mix the cooked mutton chops - with 1 tbpn of zeera powder, - 1/2 tbspn of dhaniya powder - 1tbspn Lemon juice, - 2tbspn gram flour,red food colour and marinate for at least 1 hr.
Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry the mutton chops.
