  9. Note 1: * In case you are using frozen mawa/ khoya then grate it before adding. I am using khoya/mawa without sugar, in case you are using khoya with sugar then reduce amount of sugar from ingredients accordingly
  10. Note 2: # Cut the almonds into vertical thin slices, I like raw almonds so I am using raw almonds here. You can deep fry in clarified butter and use that. You may use almond, pistachios, cashews as per your likings
  11. Note 3: Khoya/mawa will be available in frozen section of Indian grocery store
  12. Note 4: Dry fruit powder contains almond, pistachios, cashews, saffron,walnut, cardamom etc
