  1. Soak the sago Dana in half cup water for half an hour. Set aside.
  2. In a wok add milk and cardemom seeds, let it simmer. Now add soaked sago Dana cook on low flame for 10 Minutes.
  3. Add rice flour, blanched Almonds and sugar in it. When it's thicken let the flame low to medium. When bubbles are appears on top then add rose and mix well.
  4. Let the Mixture cool at room temperature. Then pour in Matti ke bartan.
  5. Decorate it with chopped almonds,chopped burfi and chandi ke warrk. Place in fridge and serve chilled.
