  6. heat a large frying pan and dry fry the onions Spinach and salmon for 3 - 6 min.
  7. whisk the four eggs together, creme faiche, milk and pepper.
  8. Add the salmon mixture from frying pan into the pastry as it's done cooking. Then add the grated cheese and the egg mix at end.
  9. Put in oven for 25 - 30 min and allow to set and it's ready.

In a small skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Sprinkle cheese in the crust; top with salmon and onion. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, cream and salt; pour over salmon mixture. Spread onion and spinach mixture in the bottom of the crust; pour in egg mixture. Top with chunks of salmon and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
