Take 2 cups besan

Instructions to make Layered Bread pakora:
Fio the Take a bowl add besan,salt cumin powder,carom seeds,red chilli,& water to make a very thick batter.add baking powder & keep aside
In another bowl take boiled potatoes and mash them.Add all ingredients and mix well
Take bread slices..On the first piece apply tomato ketchup, green chutney on second,apply the potatoes mixture on top now cover with third piece
Dip the stuffed bread pieces in besan batter carefully
Heat oil in a karahi.Fry the bread till golden brown & crisp on both sides.serve hot with Green mint chutney..& ketchup
