  5. Rest add yellow colour and mix well. Now take the boondi ladle and add few spoons of yellow batter in it.
  6. Now tap the ladle with your palms so that the boondi droplets easily drop into oil. Fry for a minute and remove the boondi on to paper towel. Repeat the process for yellow colour and then with other 2 colors. Once the boondi is ready make sugar syrup adding elachi powder and 1 cup water to 2 cups of sugar.
  7. Bring the sugar syrup to boil, boil till 1/2 string consistency. While boiling add the yellow colour boondi to the sugar syrup and mix well. Now switch off flame add rest of the boondi and mix well. Leave it aside for 15 minutes. Now mix the mixture again and make a ladoo round balls ready boondi ladoo Tiranga ladoo
