  3. Add olive oil to bake pan
  4. Add tilapia filets to bake pan, using oil olive, evenly spread on each filet (top & bottom)
  5. Season each filet with seasonings (top & bottom)
  6. Cut onion & peppers into small pieces and add on top of each filet
  7. Add water to center of bake pan and spread evenly throughout
  8. Cover bake pan with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes
