  21. Get 1/4 tbsp cumin seeds
  22. Take 1 tbsp desi ghee or oil
Instructions to make Special Dal Makhni:
  1. Firstly wash the daal and rajma.Take a big bowl,add udad daal and rajma then soak it for 3-4 hours.
  2. After that take a pressure cooker, add soaked daal,rajma,water,salt,black cardemom.
  3. Cover the lid and cook it till 6-7 whistle at medium flame.
  4. Take a pan or kadhai and add ghee and add cumin seeds into the pan/kadhai.
  5. Now, grind onion,garlic,ginger,coriander leaves,green chilli and tomatoes.
  6. Onion and tomato paste is ready.
  7. Add onion paste in kadhai and saute it for 1-2 minutes. Then add tomato paste or puree in it and cook it.
  8. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, dry coriander powder, garam masala and mix it. After that add fresh cream and mix well and add boiled daal and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Daal makhni is ready to serve. Serve it with love…..❤😋
