  6. To make the dip, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  7. Place a griddle pan on high heat. Brush it lightly with oil. Add your skewers and griddle for 6 minutes making sure you turn them ever 1.5 minutes so that you chat all sides. Alternatively you can grill your skewers for 8-10 minutes turning occasionally
