  1. Wash fish egg carefully and marinate it with salt and turmeric powder
  2. In a bowl mix fish egg with chopped onions, garlic paste, chopped green chilly, jeera powder, dhania powder.Add gram flour (beson) and make a thik batter.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and and pour a tablespoon full of egg mixture to make fritter. deep fry the fritters in low flame till the fritters cooked properly from inside and turn golden from both sides.
  4. Serve hot with rice and dal or you take with tea as evening snacks.
