Once dough is made, set it aside to improve elasticity

Add your cubed beef. Leave it for 5 minutes for the meat to change color.
Add your steak spices, beef stock, curry leaves, mustard seeds and continue to sauté
Once the meat is golden brown, add red peppers and cover for another 5 minutes.
Continue to cook and stir the meat until it's slighty tender
Add hot water and seemer for 15 minutes. Season to taste. While Boiling the sause, cut your dough into miniature balls and start rolling them out and set them aside
Once the sauce is boiling and the seasoning is good. Start layering the dough and make sure each layer is covered in sauce
Once all layers are in, cover the pot and simmer until the dough is cooked.
