  2. For gravy. Heat oil in a pan add onion cook it for 4-5min till it turns golden brown then add tomato cook it for 2min then add clove and turn of the gas. Cool down this mixture then in a jar add the mixture then add soaked kaju along with milk and make a fine paste.
  3. Now heat a kadai and oil as it heats add the above masala cook it for 3-5min till oil gets separate then add water cook it for another 2min then add all the masala and malai and cook it for another 5min. If required add little water for consistency. (If added water again cook it for another 2-3min then turn of the gas.
  4. In a serving bowl add the gravy then add kofta serve hot with roti or naan.
