Take 1/2 cup of warm water add in little bit sugar and yeast.keep it aside for 5 minutes.After yeast is activated,add maida and wheat flour in a bowl.Add in oregano and chilli flakes.Add 2 tbsp olive oil.Add in yeast and make a dough.Take extra water as needed to make dough.Now put dough aside for atleast an hour.
3. After dough is double in size.Preheat oven to 400 degree fahrenheit.Now take one portion of dough and roll it into a big circle.Apply olive oil on half portion.Apply pizza sauce on half part.Add in mozzarella cheese,herb powder and corn kernels.You can add topping too.Now fold it.Apply butter on top and sprinkle herb mixture on top.And bake it for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees fahrenheit.Enjoy😋😋
