Wash and Soak green moong, chana and moth bean overnight. Next day take out from water and let all water dry.
After that put it in airtight container and keep aside for 2 days to get good sprouts.
Now take a bowl and take sprouts add carrots, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves. Mix all ingredients now and all spices and lemon juice again mix well. Healthy green salad is ready.
