Take For Assembling :
Prepare 2 cups whole moong sprouts
Take 1/4 cup grated carrot

Take For Tadka::
Prepare 1 tbsp mustard oil
Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
Make ready 1/8 tsp asafoetodia
Prepare 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
Prepare 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
Take For Garnishing ::
Get 1/4 cup fresh Pomegranate seeds
Prepare 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Prepare 1/4 cup namkeen bhujia
Get 4 pieces Papadi (homemade)
Steps to make Steamed Sprouts Chaat:
FOR STEAMING:: Add a glass of water to the pressure cooker and heat it on high flame, place stand in it and put sprouts in a vessel without adding water.
Close the cooker's lid and turn off the gas when two whistles came.
When cooker's pressure is released, open the lid. Take out the sprouts in a strainer and keep aside for 5 minutes.
FOR TADKA: Take a tadka pan add mustard oil. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida. Saute for few seconds when it cracked add ginger and green chilli saute for 30 seconds. Turn off the gas.
Now put steamed sprouts in a bowl. Pour the tadka in it and cover with a plate. Keep aside for 2 minutes.
Now combined all assembling ingredients (as per required quantity) except garnishing ingredients. Mix well.
Healthy, Delicious & Nutritious "Steamed Sprouts Chaat" is ready to serve.
FOR GARNISHING:: Pour sprouts Chaat into serving Clay Pot "KULHAD" and garnish with Pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, namkeen bhujia & Papadi.
