  3. Gas on karke cooker rakhe fir usame 4 spoon ghee dale jab ghee garamho jaye to tejpatta dale. Kootta hua long elaichi black pepper daale. Uske baad kaju aur kismis daale. Fir basmati chavan daal kar achese se chayale. One And half bowl paani daale. Salt daale. Aur achese chalaye. Cooker ka lid lagade ek whistle aaneke baad gas band karein aur cooker ko thanda honeke liye rakh de.
  4. Ek kadai me one spoon ghee daalke garam karein. Boil curry hui vegetables daal kar 2-3 minutes chalaye. Cooker ko khol kar rice ko nikalkar kadai me daale. Vegetables aur rice ko mix karein. 2-3 minute gas par rakhkar chalaye. Veg pulav tayaar hai.
  5. Veg pulav raita, chole, curry ke saat khaye aur enjoy karein. Meri iss recipe ko ek baar zaroor banaye aur kha kar enjoy karein…!!!”
