  4. Keep it for 10 mins.
  5. Take a pan and heat the oil.
  6. Put the mixture like small Pakora into the oil and fry it until it looks golden brown in colour.(must put the gass in medium flame)
  7. Remove from the pan and keep it.
  8. Now take a pan,heat little bit oil and put chopped garlic.
  9. Then add 10-12 curry leaves, 3-4 cashew nuts,7-8 Raisins,green chillies,2 tbsp Tomato sauce,2 tsp Soya sauce and 1 tbsp Shejwan sauce.
  10. Mix together well.Add salt if needed.
  11. Then add the fried egg balls and mix it well coated.
  12. Serve it hot and enjoy it.

To this add fried egg pieces and mix gently. Cook for a minute on low flame and switch off the stove. Take into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
